Don't Stay Lost for Long
you live on the surface
smiling and laughing
but tell me, how deep is your soul?
and where did your heart go?
i think you've gotten lost somewhere,
and you don't even know.
but i see you.
i know you well.
pretending to feel,
to love, to hate.
you lost your joy.
you stopped feeling your pain.
you are just riding on the days
waiting for the nights
not thinking of the hurts you make or
the people you drive by.
yes, i know your story.
i know your bad breaks.
but no one owes you nothing,
no one deserves to be treated this way.
own your feelings
stop with all these games
give up this fight...you aren't winning
sometimes it is better to feel the pain
stop being hollow
you're not good at fake
don't give up on happiness
try and remember those days.
I didn't feel like writing alot today - here is a new poem of mine.

Sometimes we share our pain with others to make sure we are normal! I do not think that we are lost I say we are all traveling on a path, ultimately the same path and we fear rejection which is why we do the dumb shit like post journals on the internet. To force people to cover your back is a lack of confidence in yourself.

yes it is true no one likes rejection my friend, BUT i am not afraid to keep on keeping on.
not sure what the last part refers too, but in my case - i never force anything upon people, BUT i expect what i give to someone in return.
The quality or state of being honest; probity; fairness and straightforwardness of conduct, speech, etc.; integrity; sincerity; truthfulness; freedom from fraud or guile.
This my friend is honesty.
